Summary

Chey Yoon-chung, Vice President and Head of Business Development at SK Biopharmaceuticals, is the eldest daughter of SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won and Roh Soh-yeong, director of Art Center Nabi. Born in 1989, Vice President Chey was promoted to the youngest executive in SK Group at the end of last year, seven years after joining SK Biopharmaceuticals. She majored in biology at the University of Chicago in the United States and worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, among other roles. In 2017, she joined SK Biopharmaceuticals as a senior manager (equivalent to a deputy position) in the Strategic Planning Team of the Business Strategy Office. She took a leave of absence in 2019 to pursue a master’s degree in bioinformatics at Stanford University in the U.S.
