KBS presenter Noh Hyun-jung is escorted by policemen to a waiting room after a live news program on Wednesday morning, to fend off reporters following the announcement that she is to marry a scion of the Hyundai family.

KBS television personality Noh Hyun-jung (27), who is about to marry Hyundai conglomerate scion Chung Dae-sun (29), on Wednesday stunned paparazzi with her racecar driving skills.

Noh showed up at 4:25 a.m. for the taping of KBS news show "Newsplaza," which she anchors, but when the barricades opened, a gaggle of newshounds gathered there only saw a flash, so fast did she speed past them.

She kept up the clip all the way to the parking lot, where she switched gear to display her perfectionism by backing up and pulling in several times before she was finally satisfied with her parking job and got out.

True to her nickname "ice princess," her face betrayed no emotion.

About 10 minutes before the start, Noh entered the studio, put on lipstick and prepared for the taping, which went off without a hitch.

As the KBS presenter has given no formal interviews since the news of her wedding plans broke, KBS building was mobbed by reporters since the small hours. Paparazzi thronging the gate reportedly had to suffer heavy early-morning mosquito attacks before being rewarded with nothing but a cloud of dust and exhaust in her car's wake.
