Actress Seo Ye-ji will appear in cable channel tvN's upcoming drama series "Eve's Scandal," which is slated for airing early next year.
Shooting has already begun and Seo, who plays the lead role in the series, will join soon.
Her return comes several months after she abruptly disappeared from the screen amid controversy over her "bizarre" relationship with her ex-boyfriend and actor Kim Jung-hyun.
There were also allegations over past school bullying, along with some other issues like lying about her educational background and mistreating her staff.
"Eve's Scandal" deals with a divorce lawsuit of a wealthy couple in a conglomerate family. Other cast members include actor Lee Sang-yeob and actress Yoo Sun.
The series will be aired in the first half of next year.
