Girl group ITZY's latest album "Checkmate" debuted at No. 8 on the U.S. Billboard 200 albums chart for the week of July 30.
Billboard said on Sunday that the girls netted their "first top 10 with the bow of 'Checkmate.'"
It sold 33,000 copies in the first week of its release on July 15.
This is the group's third appearance on the chart, following their 2021 albums "Guess Who," which reached No. 148 in May, and "Crazy In Love," which reached No. 11 in October.
ITZY became the fourth K-pop girl group to enter the top 10 on the Billboard 200, following Blackpink, TWICE and Aespa.
