In the viewership rankings for the first half of this year released by Netflix, the Korean drama ‘The Glory’ secured the third position, amassing a total of over 600 million hours of viewership worldwide.
According to the ‘Viewing Status Report’ unveiled by Netflix on the 12th, ‘The Glory: Season 1′ garnered a remarkable 622 million hours of viewership globally during the first half of this year, claiming the third spot among all Netflix movies and TV series.
The first and second positions were occupied by ‘Night Agent: Season 1′ (812 million hours) and ‘Ginny & Georgia: Season 2′ (665 million hours), respectively.
In addition to ‘The Glory,’ ‘Physical: 100: Season 1′ (235 million hours) secured the 15th position, and ‘Crash Course in Romance’ (234 million hours) claimed the 16th spot. ‘Doctor Cha’ (194 million hours) secured the 25th position. ‘Alchemy of Souls: Part 1′ (155 million hours), ‘Mr. Queen’ (151 million hours), ‘Alchemy of Souls: Part 2′ (150 million hours), ‘The Good Bad Mother’ (146 million hours), and others also made it into the top 50.
Released in early June, ‘Bloodhounds: Season 1′ (146 million hours) quickly rose to the 51st position within just a month of tracking. Last year’s releases, ‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo: Season 1′ (135 million hours), ‘Business Proposal: Season 1′ (120.7 million hours), and ‘Crash Landing on You: Season 1′ (120.3 million hours) also secured spots within the top 100.
