The South Korean girl group tripleS, the largest K-pop idol group ever with 24 members, has begun their first full-group activities, celebrating the release of their debut album ‘ASSEMBLE24′.

On May 8, tripleS held a showcase at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of their first full album ‘ASSEMBLE24′. The members of tripleS expressed their enthusiasm about starting as a complete group of 24 and stated that they are fully prepared. Also, winning a rookie award has also boosted the group’s morale.

tripleS is a multinational girl group consisting of 24 members. Each member is assigned a unique number from S1 to S24. Although some members have been revealed before 2022, this is the first time all 24 members have come together to perform as a complete group.

Their album ‘ASSEMBLE24′ comprises 10 tracks, including the title track ‘Girls Never Die,’ which was chosen by the official fanbase (WAV) through voting.

Park So-hyun, a member of the group who worked on the tracks, said, “We secretly voted amongst ourselves, and we were happy that ‘Girls Never Die’ was chosen through the vote. We all liked it, and it seemed the most fitting song for us to perform as a group. This time, we tried to encapsulate the story of tripleS.”

Since the group consists of over 20 members, and their activities, like moving from one location to another and performing on stage, have aroused the interest of their fans.

Kim Yoo-yeon shared, “When we travel by car, we use five Carnivals and sometimes a private bus. We also order food separately, so it seems like we’re constantly eating. Our company respects our diversity, and sometimes we order various menus at once, and the deliveries keep coming.”

Regarding communication among group members, she explained, “We share our opinions in a group chat that includes 24 people, as well as in chats specific to individual units. We have leaders for various areas such as choreography, dormitory cleaning, and meals.”
