Brewing Love
Brewing Love, set to release on Nov. 4., is a romance story between Yong-joo, a top sales representative who’s used to concealing his emotions, and Min-joo, a brewery owner for whom reading emotions is a daily habit. Yong-joo, who excels in sales at a major liquor company, finds himself in a rural village on a mission to protect his branch, where he meets Min-joo, a brewery owner. Despite being polar opposites, the two gradually fall for each other. Kim Se-jeong stars as Yong-joo, while Lee Jong-won takes on the role of Min-joo.
Escape
Escape, also set to release on Nov. 4., is a thrilling chase film about North Korean soldier Gyu-nam, who attempts to defect, and Hyun-sang, a North Korean officer ordered to track him down. The story unfolds near the North Korean front lines by the DMZ, where Sergeant Gyu-nam, on the cusp of his 10-year discharge, risks everything to escape from North Korea’s oppressive regime for a life of freedom in the South. His relentless pursuer, Hyun-sang, hunts him down with fervor. Lee Je-hoon plays Gyu-nam, while Goo Kyo-hwan portrays Hyun-sang in this tension-filled action film.
The Diplomat: Season 2
Netflix series The Diplomat returns for Season 2 on Oct. 31. This season follows U.S. Ambassador Kate Wyler as she investigates a bombing in London and uncovers a massive conspiracy within the British government. Starring Keri Russell and Rufus Sewell as a married couple, with David Gyasi, Ato Essandoh, Ali Ahn, and Rory Kinnear joining the cast. The series promises intense performances.
Time Cut
The Netflix film Time Cut tells the story of a teenager Lucy Field, who travels back to 2003 to save her murdered sister. Facing off against a masked killer, this unique thriller combines time travel and serial murder with suspenseful mystery elements. Released on Netflix on Oct. 30, 2024, the film stars Madison Bailey, Antonia Gentry, Megan Best, and Adam Hurtig.
Wonder Woman 1984
Wonder Woman 1984 follows Wonder Woman, Diana, as she faces new enemies to protect a world in crisis. Premiering on Nov. 4, the film stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, with Chris Pine returning as Steve Trevor, delivering a message of courage and hope.
