BLACKPINK, the popular South Korean girl group, has unveiled the first phase of their highly anticipated 2025 world tour, featuring major stadium concerts across North America, Europe, and Japan, with more dates to be announced soon.

On Feb. 20, YG Entertainment announced a “BLACKPINK 2025 WORLD TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT” on its official blog. The poster features the new tour schedule for 2025, covering multiple countries, including South Korea, North America, Europe, and Japan.

According to the announcement, BLACKPINK will kick off the tour with concerts at Goyang Stadium on Jul. 5 and 6. They will then perform in major cities such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, London, and Tokyo—totaling ten locations.

While the full details have yet to be revealed, all the announced venues so far are large-scale stadiums capable of hosting tens of thousands of fans. Notably, BLACKPINK is the first K-pop girl group to perform at Wembley Stadium, a legendary venue in the UK and a dream stage for many artists. Additionally, their solo concert at Goyang Stadium marks another first for a K-pop girl group.

With this upcoming tour, BLACKPINK will once again take their spot alongside the world’s top artists. They are set to perform at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, Soldier Field in Chicago, Rogers Centre in Toronto, Citi Field in New York, Stade de France in Paris, Ippodromo Snai La Maura in Milan, Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in Barcelona, and Tokyo Dome, solidifying their status as a global group.

YG Entertainment stated, “We are preparing a tour of an unprecedented scale and quality, comparable to the record-breaking ”BORN PINK" tour, which rewrote K-pop history. Please look forward to more tour dates to be revealed soon.”

Meanwhile, the teaser released alongside the announcement featured highlights from the BORN PINK tour, which drew 1.8 million attendees, setting a new world record for a K-pop girl group. The video showcased BLACKPINK’s explosive stage presence and the enthusiastic energy of their global audience. As the confirmed tour cities flashed across the screen, the phrase “AND MORE” appeared prominently, further heightening fans' anticipation.
