One in 10 Korean men uses makeup, a survey suggests.
The straw poll by the Korean Food and Drug Administration of 498 men over 15 found that 9.2 percent used eyeliner and other makeup.
Lightly-tinted beauty balms that make skin look better are the most commonly used cosmetics among men with 97.8 percent, followed by makeup powder (35.6 percent), makeup primers (33.3 percent), and foundation (31.1 percent). Some 26.7 percent and 20 percent said they even wear eyeliner and mascara at times.
The survey also found that 70 percent of women use makeup, one in 10 since they were teenagers.
