SAMG Entertainment has opened ‘Teenieping World in Pangyo’. This is the first large-scale character-based indoor urban theme park in Korea.
‘Catch! Teenieping’ is a South Korean 3D animated television series revolving around Romi, a princess of Emotions Kingdom, who tries to catch all the Teniepings, cute but mischievous creatures.

The 2,300-square-meter (700-square-foot) Teenieping World consists of five spaces: Teenieping Universe (Exhibition Hall), Magic Closet, Teenieping Crossaint, Tinyping Lunchbox, and Teenieping Store.
Fictional spaces that appear in the anime, such as ‘Harmony Town’ and ‘Jewel Forest’ were made inside the park as well.
Unlike common kids cafes(indoor play areas where kids can play with various toys and attractions), Teenieping World is characterized by a story that combines the content worldview with real-life experiences. Teenieping World is designed for not only kids but also parents to watch decorated indoor villages together, or play games with their children while enjoying dessert.
SAMG seeks to expand its off-line theme space business overseas based on the Teenieping World model. SAMG is discussing with partners to expand its off-line theme space business overseas, including China, where the Teenieping animation fandom is already budding.
“We will improve as a family platform company that presents a new paradigm of kids’ entertainment business,” said Kim Su-hoon, CEO of SAMG. “Based on our strong IP production capabilities, we will not only develop and distribute IP products, but also design a space for enjoying our contents to build SAMG’s own content ecosystem.”
